Step 1:-

First, go to search and click on "RUN".

Step 2:-

Write "gpedit.msc" in RUN and click ok.

Step 3:-

This window will appear.

(* This window will not appear in Windows 10 home version. You need Windows 10 pro or enterprise).

Step 4:-

Now double click on "Computer Configuration".

Step 5:-

Now double click on "Administrative Templates".

Step 6:-

Now double click on "Network".

Step 7:-

Now double click on "QoS Packet Scheduler".

Step 8:-

Now double click on "Limit reservable bandwidth".

Step 9:-

Now a window will appear. Click on Enable and set "Bandwith limit (%)" to 0. Now click on "Previous Setting".

Step 10:-

Now click on "Enable" and set "Number of packets" to 4000000000. Now click on Apply then OK.
